My sister & I stayed here for our first night in Porto before setting off. The place is close to great food spots, easy check in, quiet & clean. My only qualm was there's no washing area so we did it in the sink but c'est la vie, the life of a pilgrim.
We stayed in a 10 bunk mixed room (32€ for us both) and truly you couldn't even tell other people were in the room with how respectful everyone was of noise.
It gets booked up quickly so ideally you would want to book ahead for the cheaper options but there were options available if you're in a pinch the day of.
