Manuel runs an immaculate albergue, with many special attention to detail features, that make this a stand out stay.
He is a very sweet guy, and works hard to create a high standard.
I regret not opting for his breakfast, because the individual small loaf of bread, baked early that morning, looked delicious.

Such a sweet host and a lovely, clean hostel/alburgue. Don’t listen to the haters, just be polite and you’ll have an amazing stay

This was absolutely the worst experience during my 30 days on camino. Very rude owner. Strange rules.

Senor Oso was worth the stay. The owner runs a tight ship, yes, but it means the place is clean and organized. He has thought of everything the pilgrim needs from high beds thatyto u don't whack ypur head on, lights, lockers, plugs, even shoe horns to slide your fat sock feet into your nasty shoes. Worth putting up with the rules.

Despite what a couple of people said, I found the hosts to be friendly and helpful.
I've stayed here twice and would be happy to stay again
Single, comfortable beds.
Convenient location.
Great restaurant nearby.

Absolutely awful human being. Never in my entire life have I ever been treated with such disrespect. After I paid him he became even nastier. For Pete’s sake - What the heck did I do to be treated that way? I thought maybe it was a YouTube spoof or something, but no. I walked out without even asking for my money back. Didn’t want to spend even another minute talking with that cockroach. Yuck.

Like others my only negative comments of the Camino. The place is extremely clean but unwelcoming, you are made to feel 2nd class. Not in the spirit and as a group at the end of the Camino, this was our lowest scoring place to stay. We felt like small children that were not wanted around.

A wonderful Albergue. Host is very organised. Even leaving cushions and shoe horns on the stairs so pilgrims are comfortable putting on shoes. A special post card on departure.

Host is very controlling to the smallest detail. Runs an extremely tight ship and a number of "instructions" directed to us made us rather uncomfortable - somewhat like being back as a youth in boarding school. On a positive note, the albergue is extremely clean, and there is an excellent breakfast available at reasonable price..
PS: I have completed 5 caminos and this my first negative experience.
