Le Mourelot

Le Mourelot is a tiny settlement in the valley bottom between La Romieu and Castelnau-sur-l'Auvignon. The GR65 descends on a grass path toward the Mourelot stream before climbing again toward Castelnau's hilltop. No services here -- just the rhythm of descent and ascent that defines walking in the Gers.
