The Fromagerie in Le Falzet is very easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled on the left as you enter the village. Apparently it has good food and coffee as well as a lovely garden.

please note that the accommidation here is closed [since 2019] but the pilgrim rest stop with picnic tables, shelter and the possibility to buy handmade cheeses remains open

I highly recommend this village for a coffee it is on the left hand and it was so good and a nice place. They also offer an assortment of cheese at a reasonable price.
