The bar in Bigose is not always open (despite signs saying it is) so don't rely on this for a food stop. There is a partially stocked vending machine outside Les Granges de Bigose hotel past the bar if you get desperate!

Les Granges is a very Nice Place to stay. Thierry and his wife were very friendly. The gîte is in a little valley. The gîte is good organised; very clean, warm. this was Nice because the temperature was low outside. Enough place to do clothwashing. There is a bar, a Nice place to sit. They served Aligot which was very Nice. Good breakfast too.
