San Martín del Camino straddles the N-120 between Villadangos and Hospital de Órbigo. A couple of bars, an albergue, and a small shop. The terrain remains flat páramo. Both the road route and the scenic route pass near here before converging at Hospital de Órbigo.

Enjoyed our stay at Albergue Viere in May 2025. Clean beds with a real sheet. Pillow provided. Blanket provided. Hot showers. Clean bathrooms. Basic stay. 4 beds in dorm. Heated bedroom which was really nice

Another little village we’ve stayed at and definitely recommend this place. The owner has looked at every detail a pilgrim needs. Heating in winter, nice cafe, nice pilgrim meal, a retreat area with books and games to chose from. A modern Albergue worth staying at.

This is a fabulous little Supermercado. The place is clean, bright, and well stocked. Prices are reasonable. If you're like us, and you want to have fresh food and snacks for the road, you won't want to pass up on this little gem.

La tiendina de laura is great! Super friendly owner. Has so many things for pilgrims... Tiny toiletries, excellent food selection, super cold drinks! Don't pass this place by.

La Huella was absolutely lovely. Stayed in a private room upstairs. It has a terrace with cafe tables to sit at and enjoy looking at the immense sky. Dinner was delicious as was breakfast (French toast and eggs!) the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This Albergue is at the entrance of San Martin and it is modern and clean, made with pilgrims in mind. It has also a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and the people in reception are just lovely. They speak English and are very kind. Highly recommended! ❤️

La Huella, in San Martin del Camino. Opened 20 May 2022. Beautiful and lovely bar for breakfast. English speaking owners, too. Ten beds in albergue, 10 private rooms as well. Our breakfast was amazing.
