This beautiful Chambre d'Hote is a short 2 km from Sauvelaude and about 20 km from Arthez de Bearn.
This is a perfect spot, right on the Chemin in an 18th century farmhouse.
The host, Giles is welcoming and kind. He prepared a meal fit for any fine dining restaurant, for me, a hungry pèlerin.
The price for this bit of luxury is a mere 60€. The meal itself was worth this price.

There is a Nice Bistro Right after Sauvelade and he has a Gite as well

There is no Eau Portable afterwards for quite some time

The couple who runs the restaurant are terrific. He is an excellent chef and the price reasonable. The gite attached is modern, clean and very comfortable. A great stop for quiet rest.

Gîte très propre , et bien organisé;accueil chaleureux . La personne de la mairie a mis un point d’honneur à nous assurer les repas et les petits déjeuner malgré la fermeture du restaurant contigu au gîte
Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.
