There is a bar where the camino emerges into town. The albergue is about half way through town and a bit (400-500m) off the camino.

The Road: The camino crisscrosses the main road and follows safer side streets. Keep an eye out for yellow arrows near a small bus stop that takes you to the right. If you miss it and walk too far, stay on the road and keep an eye out for a yellow arrow that will take you left. If you miss that one, just stay on the road, and the camino will rejoin is very soon.

I stopped here for lunch and unfortunately they were not very welcoming. They ignored me and kept serving locals who came in after me. They were very warm and friendly towards the locals, while I had to do a lot of work to get to order anything and then they had a super bad attitude. The food was okay. I read somewhere else that other pilgrims were treated the same way, so maybe this place is just really tired of pilgrims and tourists. If you have the opportunity, I recommend stopping somewhere else.

When I arrived at the corner there was a girl waiting for pilgrims, telling them the next bar would be the last one open for the next 13 km that day. In reality in the next village there was a cute little bar open. So I’m not sure if they are just misinformed or misinforming. The orange juice was good though. Buen Camino.
