Siamo arrivati alle 13:30 e inizialmente ci sono state assegnate belle camere nell'ostello. Tuttavia, alle 17:00 ci è stato inaspettatamente chiesto di lasciare l'alloggio e trasferirci in camere significativamente peggiori situate a circa 200 metri di distanza.

Particolarmente deludente è stato scoprire, dopo aver parlato con altri pellegrini, che eravamo tra i primi ospiti ad aver effettuato una prenotazione. Nonostante ciò, tutti gli altri ospiti hanno potuto rimanere nell'ostello originale, mentre solo noi siamo stati trasferiti.

Ancora più incomprensibile è stato il fatto che abbiamo dovuto pagare lo stesso prezzo per la camera significativamente peggiore rispetto all'alloggio originariamente assegnato, molto migliore. Né il trasferimento né la politica dei prezzi sono stati spiegati in modo comprensibile.

Sfortunatamente, questo trattamento degli ospiti ha rovinato notevolmente il nostro soggiorno. A nostro parere, il trattamento non è stato né equo né orientato al cliente.

Ancora più incomprensibile è stato il fatto che abbiamo dovuto pagare esattamente lo stesso prezzo per una camera chiaramente inferiore rispetto alla camera assegnata in origine. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna spiegazione convincente né sul cambio dell'alloggio né sul mantenimento dello stesso prezzo.

Sfortunatamente, questa situazione ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno e ci è sembrata un trattamento ingiusto e per niente orientato al cliente.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera privata qui, e abbiamo anche avuto la cena del pellegrino e la colazione. L'ospitalero è molto gentile, e la cena era eccellente - molto cibo, vino e una grande conversazione! La colazione era tipica - caffè/pane/marmellata. La camera era confortevole, consiglio vivamente questo albergue!

Sono stato qui ad aprile 2026. 38 euro a pellegrino includevano alloggio, cena e colazione, quindi un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La cena era eccellente. L'unico problema era una toilette/doccia per 12 persone, ma nel complesso molto buono.

I love the albergue 🥰🥰🥰🥰 many flowers !! Big area .the rooms are nice and clean . Friendly owner and the dinner is super delicious!! Wi-fi is good “not all albergue have wi-fi”.

Unfortunately were bumped into the annex so reviews can vary according to location within this albergue. So we had no hot water, no WiFi and no lock inside or outside our private room. 2 toilets between 17. A day spent by a cleaner and handyman would help a great deal!

The owner is a friendly sort, pleasant. Dinner is an option - heard it is good and a nice event. Served at 7:30, too late for my schedule. The shower by the dormitory entrance is a shambles and has about one minute of hot water. I connected to the WiFi, but the signal is so weak, it is unusable. In my opinion, the place is overpriced for what you get.

I don’t really get the comment below. I think we stayed in the same day but had totally opposite experiences. The shower was really hot, the wifi was not working but also here you can’t see the wifi signals to be shown. (Also most albergues do not have wifi). Dinner and breakfast was really nice. It worth the price, in the restaurant it would be the same price. The hospitalero was really friendly and helpful, I had a great night here.

Very generous and active hosts. We went with Filiberto to see his horses. Dinner (pollo guisado) was one of the best dishes we have had in 4 weeks on the camino. Highly recommend if you want to engage with them.

More like a quasi mini ranch than an albergue - Very kind and genuine hosts, helpful and generous. There are many different beds, rooms and even houses to choose from so be specific in what you want and they will do their best to provide you with a great solution. Menu del dias are available - depending on how many guests you may be treated to a round table international guest group. The owners also breed Arabian horses and if you ask, it may be possible to visit them out in the fields - Stunning! - H.J.Appleby

Camino de Sant…

The albergue is lovely! Many flowers in the garden. Wonderful horses to watch. Nice and clean rooms. The food was delicious with salad from the garden. A lot of helpful information from the very friendly hosts. We enjoyed it so much and can highly recommend it.
