The Road

There was a sign on the door that they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Wish I had remembered to pack a lunch on this day. Very few reliable snack or bathroom options.

Closed until 7th August and apparently open on the 8th August.
There is no reliable food after this stop for over 11.3km and it’s a vending machine as you walk into town.

The only place for breakfast and coffee after Zubiri and they were closed today 1/7 to 8/7… we were dying and so disappointed!
Someone else please just open a reliable restaurant/cafe as this is my second French and they are clearly doing too well

We stayed over night froze very little heat in our room and the dining area. Also the food for dinner was reheated food that was microwaved not good.

Yes, bar was fabulous last year.

Don’t know if it’s closed just today or every Tuesday or what else is going on.

We had the best meal and coffee sitting in the sunshine this morning. Don’t pass it by!

We stayed 3 weeks ago and can’t stop thinking about the food. You will compare every meal against this for the rest of your Camino. Beds also comfy, nothing fancy but definitely a highlight of the Camino

Crowded, but worth the stop for the sausage sandwich and an Aquarius. Not sure about the albergue though, might be open yet.

We arrived desperate for a bit to eat in March- but found everything closed. Just posting in case anyone else find themselves arriving looking forward to a hot meal (or any meal).

Camino de Sant…

Thank goodness! I sure needed a clean bathroom and a bite to eat. Forty or fifty other pilgrims in line ahead of me did too. The place was popping this morning!
