The Road

The Bar Tasaga which is located in the end of Salceda is very pilgrim unfriendly! In 6 Caminos I have never seen a place which was treating pilgrims as rude as these people. The lady was very annoyed, started shouting for no apparent reason and made fun of me behind my back thinking I wouldn’t speak Spanish.
The prices are outrageous.
Use one of the two bars in the beginning of Salceda! :)

The owners are wonderful! The rooms are clean and the food is fabulous! Be sure to get the striped bass if it is in the menu. Owner will paint your picture in the foam of the coffee!

Not much to the town. This was our last stop before the finish. Clean, great shower and a good rest for the final day. Dinner and breakfast available.

An oasis of light. Clean, comfy, great shower and hair dryer too! Wonderful staff and food. Filtered air was a big help for my allergies after a long day. The view from my room was an extra gift.
