Wir kamen um 13:30 Uhr an und erhielten zunächst schöne Zimmer in der Herberge. Um 17:00 Uhr wurden wir jedoch überraschend aufgefordert, die Unterkunft zu verlassen und in deutlich schlechtere Zimmer umzuziehen, die sich etwa 200 Meter entfernt befanden.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir nach Gesprächen mit anderen Pilgern erfuhren, dass wir zu den ersten Gästen gehörten, die reserviert hatten. Trotzdem durften alle anderen in der ursprünglichen Herberge bleiben, während nur wir verlegt wurden.

Noch unverständlicher war, dass wir für das wesentlich schlechtere Zimmer denselben Preis bezahlen mussten wie für die ursprünglich zugewiesene, deutlich bessere Unterkunft. Weder die Verlegung noch die Preisgestaltung wurden nachvollziehbar erklärt.

Leider hat dieser Umgang mit Gästen unseren Aufenthalt erheblich getrübt. Aus unserer Sicht war die Behandlung weder fair noch kundenfreundlich.

Llegamos a las 13:30 y nos asignaron unas habitaciones bonitas en el albergue. Sin embargo, a las 17:00 nos informaron de que teníamos que abandonar el alojamiento y trasladarnos a unas habitaciones considerablemente peores, situadas a unos 200 metros de distancia.

Lo más decepcionante fue que, al hablar con otros peregrinos, descubrimos que habíamos sido de los primeros en realizar la reserva. A pesar de ello, todos los demás pudieron quedarse en el albergue original, mientras que únicamente nosotros fuimos trasladados.

Aún más incomprensible fue que tuvimos que pagar exactamente el mismo precio por una habitación claramente inferior al de la habitación originalmente asignada. No recibimos ninguna explicación convincente ni sobre el cambio de alojamiento ni sobre el hecho de mantener el mismo precio.

Lamentablemente, esta situación empañó nuestra estancia y nos pareció un trato poco justo y nada orientado al cliente.

Wir haben hier ein Privatzimmer reserviert und auch das Pilgrim-Abendessen und Frühstück genossen. Der Hospitalero ist sehr freundlich, und das Abendessen war hervorragend - viel Essen, Wein und großartige Gespräche! Das Frühstück war typisch - Kaffee/Brot/Marmelade. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ich würde dieses Herberge sehr empfehlen!

War hier im April 2026. 38 Euro pro Pilger inklusive Unterkunft, Abendessen und Frühstück – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Einziges Problem war eine Toilette/Dusche für 12 Personen, aber insgesamt sehr gut.

I love the albergue 🥰🥰🥰🥰 many flowers !! Big area .the rooms are nice and clean . Friendly owner and the dinner is super delicious!! Wi-fi is good “not all albergue have wi-fi”.

Unfortunately were bumped into the annex so reviews can vary according to location within this albergue. So we had no hot water, no WiFi and no lock inside or outside our private room. 2 toilets between 17. A day spent by a cleaner and handyman would help a great deal!

The owner is a friendly sort, pleasant. Dinner is an option - heard it is good and a nice event. Served at 7:30, too late for my schedule. The shower by the dormitory entrance is a shambles and has about one minute of hot water. I connected to the WiFi, but the signal is so weak, it is unusable. In my opinion, the place is overpriced for what you get.

I don’t really get the comment below. I think we stayed in the same day but had totally opposite experiences. The shower was really hot, the wifi was not working but also here you can’t see the wifi signals to be shown. (Also most albergues do not have wifi). Dinner and breakfast was really nice. It worth the price, in the restaurant it would be the same price. The hospitalero was really friendly and helpful, I had a great night here.

Very generous and active hosts. We went with Filiberto to see his horses. Dinner (pollo guisado) was one of the best dishes we have had in 4 weeks on the camino. Highly recommend if you want to engage with them.

More like a quasi mini ranch than an albergue - Very kind and genuine hosts, helpful and generous. There are many different beds, rooms and even houses to choose from so be specific in what you want and they will do their best to provide you with a great solution. Menu del dias are available - depending on how many guests you may be treated to a round table international guest group. The owners also breed Arabian horses and if you ask, it may be possible to visit them out in the fields - Stunning! - H.J.Appleby

Camino de Sant…

The albergue is lovely! Many flowers in the garden. Wonderful horses to watch. Nice and clean rooms. The food was delicious with salad from the garden. A lot of helpful information from the very friendly hosts. We enjoyed it so much and can highly recommend it.
