Truly a gem while on the Camino Primitivo! One of the most welcoming and kind experiences I have had while I have been here. Andrea is amazing and has so much advice for pilgrims on the next stages of the Camino. She also provides so much knowledge and explains everything very well. The beds and showers were very clean, and overall, the space is wonderful! So grateful to have stayed here!

la casita de aba and the host andrea are true jewels on the camino. if you don't need the extra challenge of the hospital route, make it a point to stop right here at pola de allande.

I ended up staying in this town as I was tired. Found this alburgue on this app, read the reviews, and booked. The best alburgue on the Primitivo thus far. The owners were so amazing!! Explained the upcoming stage, booked my next alburgue for me, had a great stamp and nice note for my credential!! The alburgue was the cleanest, beautiful space I’ve seen yet! If you are here and don’t stay, you will miss out!!👍👍

The host did una cremada- a ritual burn making a strong alkoholic drink a thoughts of the camino! A fantastic place ti stay! Clean, Big, nice beds! Loved it!

Lemonade and talk of the Camino when you arrive. Accommodations that are bright, clean, modern, and spacious. Thoughtful touches everywhere like two hooks and a soap dish in the showers. Such love went into this place named after Andrea’s mom. Andrea is a fellow pilgrim and it’s been a dream of hers to run an albergue. Her family helped her restore the old building and now Andrea gives her kindness and hospitality to others.

Andrea and her family are welcoming and kind. The Albergue they have created is more like walking into someone’s home than staying in the typical dorm. Andrea shared with me some of the secrets of the Camino and also a piece of her mother’s apple cake that she bakes each Sunday. Centrally located to everything the pilgrim may need. And if you can’t find it ask Andrea. She truly has the pilgrim spirit.

The hostel people are absolutely friendly and helpful. The hostel itself is very clean, very tastefully furnished and offers everything a pilgrim's heart needs.

Für mic die beste Herberge die es gab wir wurden freundlich begrüßt bekamen gleich was zu trinken q schöne Stempel einer bemalt fad Zimmer war der Hammer. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen

STAY HERE. As Albergues go this one, is out there on its own. Andrea, is an excellent and very helpful host. The facilities are excellent throughout, the location is superb, being close to all amenities . It is evident that this Albergue was a labour of love, made evident throughout by its decore and furnishings. The credentials stamp is also one not to be missed and it comes with Andreas personal touch as she colours it in.

Diese Albergue ist ein Muss, eine Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Schon die Wegbeschreibung mit Bild zur Albergue war super Bei der Ankunft gab es ein Erfrischungsgetränk und sie erklärte uns alles in Ruhe. Und dann bekamen wir von ihr einen wunderschönen ausgemalten Stempel mit einer persönlichen Widmung. Und die Betten waren so liebevoll hergerichtet... Mit bunter Bettwäsche. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert.
