In this albergue you will be welcomed by people without fuss but who embrace you with simple and kind gestures. My daughter and I spent a night here, and since we were the only ones who had not booked dinner, we had the kitchen available to prepare our meal. David still wanted us to sit at the table with the rest of the group and offered us bread, water and dessert anyway, taking care to set and clear the table for us, even though he didn't have to. The rooms are tidy and equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is well-equipped and welcoming. Recommended

Our favourite accommodation so far on the Camino. Great communication with David, who collected us from outside Casa Pepito. Our room was really comfortable and clean. Lovely to relax in front of the fire on a chilly afternoon. Home cooked dinner was generous and delicious.

Aim for Peon and get the horrible hill out of the way because there’s another coming when you head to Gijon. Family run in a wonderful quiet rural location 3km from Camino with lots of rustic charm. David will pick you up from the Pub from 2pm onwards I think. Nice dining area and comfortable sitting room with log fire should it be cold or wet. An ideal stop over for a pilgrim looking for something different.

We had a great night here. Beautiful twin rooms, a delicious dinner with wine. It has a fully stocked bar too

we had a private room for two with bathroom down the hall. Dinner was one of our best meals so far! Easy pickup and delivery. Lovely people running it.

A very nice family run albergue, one of the best we have stayed at and if at all possible do stay here. While out of town they do pick you up and return you in the morning

After the climbing, nothing opened in the area, David and his mom took us to the place. It was really a pleasant time. Wonderful big room, very clean and cute house.
I had lunch and dinner here, they all taste very good.
If you pass here, definitely will recommend staying here!

For me the best albergue so far. The building is so gorgeous, the setting spectacular. The welcome even better than that!! Get chatting to the mum about the history of the place and you will be inspired.

The cider comes from just 500m away and all the food served comes from their farm.

Do one thing and come here!
