Havia cabelo nos lençóis e sinais de percevejos nas camas. Saímos! O lugar na colina é mais barato e limpo.

A pessoa que me recebeu e fez o check-in num sábado foi prestável. Disse-me onde encontrar comida e onde encontrar uma Missa de Vésperas.

Os lençóis de algodão estavam limpos e passados. O colchão estava envolvido numa cobertura de plástico. Não havia percevejos.

A casa de banho estava muito limpa.

Boa localização perto de Plaza Mayor.

Fiquei grato por um bom descanso noturno num espaço limpo. 🙏

I found a bed bug on my bed. Another person in my room also found one. We told the woman in charge and at first she was understanding but when we ultimately decided to leave she was very rude and only refunded us 5 euros of the 12 we paid. She said becuase we used the showers but I hadn’t even used anything. She tried to blame us for bringing the bed bugs and then called the new place we were going to and told the owner not to accept us because we had bed bugs. Luckily he ignored her. Later she kicked out other people who brought up the fact that there were bed bugs. Totally unprofessional!

I decided at the last moment to have a private room, it was lovely, I was able to have a hot bath, delightful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Our twin room is comfortable, spacious, and very clean.

This accommodation was very bad, I already found bed bugs in the afternoon but the receptionist denied they had bed bugs. At night I found more bed bugs. Based on reviews from other guests, they have bed bugs all the time.

Every bed in our dorm had bed bugs, they were so bad that I had to leave in the middle of the night with no where to stay

Stayed here because of reviews! The pics are definitely nicer than what it looks like. Also be aware of BED BUGS! Woke up with bites all over my neck, shoulders, and back region!
