The showers had lots of hot water. Albergue is great value for the price.

After a long rainy day, I came to the albergue hoping for a warm shower, but was severely disappointed. The shower is also communal—four heads with no dividers nor curtains. The beds are on the second (American-third) floor. There is not WiFi. This might be a good place to skip and treat yourself for the night.

It’s a muni for 5€, so you don’t expect the Parador. No sheets or pillowcases provided, but we all managed. Can’t speak to the kitchen — didn’t use it, but it seemed like it had the essentials. Nice little library to chill out in. Seems the beds along the wall in the dorm I was in had no outlets to charge, but the inner beds did. Again, the place is all you need but little more — perfectly adequate!

The hostel is right at the end of the bridge. It only opens at 15:00. On 20.05.24 it was full, so don't arrive too late. But there are plenty of alternatives in the town. It has a reading room or lounge with a computer, but it was unplugged. In the village there are pilgrim menus for 10,-€ and directly at the bridge bars, which were already open at 7:00 for breakfast.
They have an open space with showers, no shower cabins (But men and women separately, of course). They do not offer bedsheets!

There are 60 places, so enough. They open at 3 and you have to que to get in. People are nice, informative. You can do hand wash and dry outside in the garden. Really good quality for 5 euros but i dont get the reason for giving a pillow but not even paper sheets, it would be great. Beds are close to each other sonif people start packing early you will definitely see the sunrise. The view if amazing from one side looking on to the old bridge. Really good place to stay

Most beautiful municipal albergue we have stayed in. No blankets in the winter though. There was a computer and guitar. €5 was a super deal!

Alberg is open at 15.00 - 22.00. Very clean place. 5€ per person. Stil 50 % of full capacity ( just low bed of bunk beds ). Nice and spacious rooms.

Camino de Sant…

FYI communal showers here, so if you're shy beware. Nice and clean hostel. Cafe next door is good and they let us store our backpacks before the hostel opened so we could go explore.

Camino de Sant…

Not a particularly friendly hostel no heating no blankets arrived wet . Probably fine in good weather . Ponte Lima is lovely
