Questo deve essere il segreto meglio custodito del Camino. Ho percorso più Caminos e questo posto è di gran lunga il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo di qualsiasi ostello in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Per €28 ottieni una camera tua, un bagno privato tuo e un letto matrimoniale. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata a tua disposizione e un'area salotto con un grande televisore a schermo piatto, ma nessuno la usa perché ogni camera ha la TV. Non c'è un orario di check-in stabilito, ma sono arrivato alle 11:15 e mi ha fatto il check-in con un sorriso e non potrebbe essere stato più gentile. Oh, il posto è impeccabilmente pulito! Ottimo ostello!

Una camera doppia con bagno privato costa €32, che offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo rispetto a €15 per un letto in camerata. Ci sono piccoli supermercati locali nelle vicinanze per i rifornimenti essenziali, e la proprietà si trova direttamente sulla rotta del Camino, il che la rende molto conveniente per i pellegrini.

My son and I needed a rest day before we got as far as Leon and were so blessed when we chose Hostal Alba. The owners were so kind and welcoming and provided us with the perfect place to take a day off. We attended the wonderful pilgrims mass in town (highly recommend!) and got caught up on laundry and sleep. We felt safe and comfortable and welcome - and for less money for 2 nights than elsewhere on the trail for 1 night. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

The room was beautifully furnished, the mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. The owners were very helpful and even washed and dried our clothes for free. Thank you!!

My daughter and I stayed here last night and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The gentleman owner received us. So kind and polite, guided us to a super cozy, clean bedroom with a great bathroom with a bathtub!! Super friendly staff, right in the heart of town. You can’t beat this price.

Highly recommend it!!

If you are looking for a private room for a reasonable price, you MUST stay here. It’s perfectly placed for intentional rest about halfway through the Camino. For 2 people, we paid 15€ each for a spacious private room that had a terrace, 2 single beds, and a private bathroom. Laundry included if you pay in cash. Their common eating areas are amazing and they had a very well stocked kitchen. We ended up deciding to stay here for an extra night and their hospitality was unbelievable. Lucio and Rucio (spouses) put their heart and soul into this place and it is evident.
