Dumbría, aussi petite soit-elle, est la seule ville sur le chemin de Muxía qui dispose d'un magasin pour acheter les produits de base. Il y a également quelques restaurants en ville.

The Road

Le camino entre Dumbría et Trasufe nécessite que vous traversiez la route AC-552 très fréquentée, rien de très important be it is in a bend where drivers can easily overlook a crossing pilgrim.

La route est située dans un virage où les conducteurs peuvent facilement ignorer un pèlerin qui traverse.

This was the only bar open in town. Was charged €17.50 for Menu del Dia. I was not told how much it is was until afterwards. This place is trying to rip off pilgrims because they can. Avoid if possible

Before you cross the narrow bridge with no footpath (as shown in the app) the yellow arrows lead you to a gravel path leading you to a bridge where you can cross the street beneath safely.

The Albergue in Dumbría is really nice as well: spacious, even with a terrace, good washing machines, cleane bathrooms.

A simple but good restaurant in Dumbria called O Argentino. Best service in town.

Open, bathrooms nice host. We only ordered cappuccino and water and they gave us mini croissant and ham/cheese sandwich.

The albergue is great - 10euro, clean, washing machine and dryer for 3euro each, fully functional kitchen and outdoor seating areas. Unfortunately after a 31km day we were very disappointed to find that the supermarket was very poorly stocked, we struggled to find even basic ingredients to put together a basic meal, many things were past their expiry date and mouldy or rotting. There is no supermarkets between Negreira and Muxia so probably best to find somewhere with good bars to eat at

Camino de Sant…

Just pass Dumbria, the route has changed. It goes off to the right on a natural path over a walking bridge underneath the highway and then brings you up to the road again. Please update to show that you don't have to walk over the road bridge or the narrow highway. The new path takes you down around and under.

The ATM in Dumbria has been closed. The municipal alburgue post covid is 8€.

It has fully equiped kitchen (except kettle). Heated floor in the last dorm :)
Supermarket is good too.
