Campomanes est le retour à la civilisation que tu recherches peut-être. On y trouve des restaurants, des bars et des hébergements privés. La ville se trouve entre l'ancienne route nationale et la nouvelle autopista fantaisiste. Géographiquement parlant, elle se trouve à l'extrémité nord de la convergence de deux vallées.

The Road

Le camino continuera tout droit à travers la ville, tournera à droite pour traverser la N-630 et un peu plus tard la rivière. Juste après la rivière, il se dédouble sur la gauche pour suivre une route le long de la rivière et jusqu'à l'Iglesia de Santa Cristina de Lena.

Stopped at the bar mentioned above; a welcome pause after the short walk down from Herias (had stayed at the sanctuary). It’s open from 730am - I arrived at 830, good coffee and there are croissants etc on offer if you haven’t enjoyed breakfast yet!

Turn right at the lamp post with numerous arrows - this bar is just down the hill. Stopped in at 13:00 on a Friday and it was packed with locals and the hostess brought around several plates of tapas.

After wandering around the centre unsuccessfully looking for a bar that served food I walked the 12 minutes to El Reundu on the edge of town and had a delicious Asturian meal. Stayed at Casa del Abad - very pleasant.
