Servicios, pero NO en el camino. Bonito barrio histórico junto al río y un lugar adecuado para pasar la noche o incluso sólo la tarde en el parque. Gira a la derecha en la carretera principal para llegar.

San Antonio se celebra el 13 de junio.

The Road

El camino atraviesa la carretera principal y luego cruza la vía férrea antes de salir de la ciudad. NO entra en la ciudad. Después de las vías, sigue casi todo recto en la rotonda. El camino está bien señalizado.

Parecía lo suficientemente limpio, pero las puertas de ducha de plástico barato se caían al tocarlas, pero como solo había un hilillo de presión de agua, no me duché. El café no sirve almuerzo ni cena. Caro a 32 euros

Solo 40 metros a la izquierda del Camino cuando ha entrado en Vila Nova da Barquinha. El café con nata (galão) y el pastel de chocolate rico en calorías era exactamente lo que quería. Servicios limpios y la señora detrás de la barra hablaba inglés impecablemente 🙂

We stayed at Casa das Memorias last night and must agree with the comments from July 2024. Easy to get there and easy to pick up the route. One of the best places we have stayed thus far during this Camino. Comfortable beds and extremely clean facility. Host was super welcoming. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Casa das Memorias last night and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed on Camino, and this is our 2nd Camino. (SJPP to Santiago last year). Childhood home of the owner. All rooms were very clean with A/C. Had everything we could want and more. Tons of food and drinks at amazing prices 0.6€ for a beer. We would stay again. It was €52 for two. Do not miss if you’re in the area.

Single room with breakfast €40 was worth it. The hotel totally modern, clean, great bed, new bathroom, toiletries. River park and good restaurant close by with daily menu €8.50. A nice break.

It worth its 1 star. The bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with a back pain. For the rest it is ok if you don't touch the curtains, the carpets or the blanket.
40 euros for a room with private bathroom.
