Sehr nette Gastgeberin und die Einrichtungen waren großartig - heiße Duschen, Waschraum, moderne Küche. Würde ich weiterempfehlen.

Very clean. Great bathrooms (in the women’s restroom: 2 showers and 2 toilets - separated from the sleeping rooms). There is no breakfast nor dinner but there is free coffee and tea. Washer and dryer I think 3 euros each. And you have a locker for your stuff. :)

The facilities are ok. The showers are great, the host is nice and welcoming. But it is stifled with beds and people. And in the morning it’s a complete mess with people packing their stuff.

bless the hospitalera here, Vicky, for letting me stay an extra day when I was too sick to carry on and still charged me the single-night price. The kitchen lacks a stove and oven, but is otherwise well-appointed. They have a washing machine AND dryer, both 3€, and soap is provided. It's amazing that they open at 11am because it's a pretty easy walk from Bilbao and the municipal doesn't open until 3pm. Though it's one of those push-button showers, the water is hot and the bathrooms are clean, as is the albergue overall. The downsides are that the foam mattresses, at least the one on my bed, could definitely use replacing as they're pretty spent. the blankets don't get washed everyday and the mosquitos overnight ate me alive.

They took a reservation by phone. Near a good cafe. Organised. Lockers. Good facilities. Someone to serve you coffee in the morning and just near the trial. Well worth it.

Overall everything was ok. You get a locker for your things. Bed sheets, a pillow and a blanket is provided. Good toilet facilities and showers. Good wifi. Cleaning was also fine.
The host was sweet.
Actually everything was fine for staying there 1 night, but it was not so cozy. Maybe because the energy is different because it is in a city.

Very nice and friendly family Running the place. Very clean and comfy lounge. Great Kitchen. Breskfast prepared with Fresh juice. Very good price fit the whole deal. 12€ plus 3€ for breakfast.

Friendly, clean and I especially like the crisp, pressed sheets! The only thing missing is a place to hang clothes outside but there’s a washer and dryer which was nice. Recommend!
