Maria is an angel who took care of me because I am sick and injured. Mama made me hot lemon and ginger tea and I was given a private room to rest . Mama even offered you cook for me however I felt their generosity was beyond belief. The hostel is stunning the beds very comfortable with sheets provided. Current price is €15 and worth every penny.

As i not up to preparing food or going out , they kindly gave me lovely food they had.☺️
Best hosts so far by miles ☺️

Truly cannot recommend this place enough! María is the kindest soul.
I became unwell, and my father and I needed to stay another night. I was unsure where best to seek medical help. When explaining the situation to the host María, she not only took me to the local hospital, but explained my situation to those there (I don’t speak any Spanish) and sat with me while we waited.
She made a stressful situation easy. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
More than that, the hostel is fabulous. Greeted with a lemon drink, high pressure showers, equipped kitchen, and a fire which is lit each evening to help dry clothes in the hall.

Real sheets and pillowcases. Small kitchen if you want to cook. Really clean and great showers.
The owner is a lovely helpful woman, and on top of that it’s on a quiet street in the heart of town.
It’s definitely one of the best on the Camino.

First stay here although recommended for all of our 6 Caminos.
Warm and friendly reception. Laundry was washed, dried and folded!
No communal meal during our stay, but was recommended to a restaurant that was open ALL day, catering to hungry pilgrims.
I highly suggest you book and stay here!

This albergue was so cozy and special. The fire in the hallway with lots of places to hang wet things was wonderful. There is a spinner to get the water out of your clothes after washing so they’ll actually dry. Full kitchen. The host gave me a new backpack cover after finding out I had lost mine. This was one of my favorite stays on the Camino.

The only negative: there is no one place to put clothes or hang things when showering. There’s a real lack of privacy there, but at least the bathrooms are separated by gender.

This is our first time here, although we have tried on 5 other Caminos. It is no wonder that it is popular Albergue. Nothing but good here!
Warm welcome. Maria efficiently showed us around, told us which restaurant was open ALL DAY for food! The entire Albergue is charming and clean! Blanket for the very comfortable bunks. Lots of space for hanging rain gear, newspaper to stuff into wet shoes. Pellet stove was warm and cozy. Separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. Writing desk.
It is on the Camino- no getting lost.
Would highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay, there was a pellet fire keeping the sleeping quarters toasty and warm, plus providing a good spot to dry washing quickly. Facilities were clean and looked after (no toilet roll running out here) kitchen facilities available plus blankets. Wonderful place, kind hosts.
