미라몬에는 알베르가 운영하는 훌륭한 베이커리가 있습니다.
그가 만드는 초콜릿 페인은 내가 먹어본 것 중 최고이며, 그는 또한 지트(숙박시설)도 운영하고 있습니다

우리는 40800 Sarron의 7 Chemin de Lasbordes에 위치한 Domaine Du Tartiart에 머물고 있습니다. 이곳은 노선에서 약 5km 떨어져 있지만 주인인 Craig는 보통 순례자들을 자동차로 픽업해주고 다음 날 돌려보냅니다. 정말 멋진 곳입니다. 아름다운 객실, 예쁘고 조용한 정원과 수영장이 있습니다. 비싸지만 사치를 원한다면 매우 추천할 만합니다! Craig는 또한 훌륭한 요리사이며 미리 예약하면 저녁 식사를 제공합니다.

Des bénévoles motivés, accueillants et soucieux du bien être des pèlerins. Repas simple mais partagés dans une bonne humeur communicative. Et sans oublie un apero au top.
Je recommande sans restriction

High end B&B just before Miramont-Sessacq. Huge rooms with modern bathrooms. Very clean. Quiet location. Owner is a serious foodie so great meals. For unknown reasons the owners are unbending about not opening till 15:30 even when it’s bad weather.

Just talking to the chap at the shop, and he is re opening his grand father's bakery, also turning the building into a Gite for next year.
He showed me around and work is in progress.

Approx. 9,5 km after Aire-sur-l‘Adour there is a small wooden hut (bus stop). On the back side is a water tap.
