Absolument fantastique !
Endroit idyllique ! La Sainte paix !
Fred est un hôte d'exception. Il fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. On se sent comme à la maison. Installation pod au top!
Cuisine copieuse, savoureuse et très locale. Fred très investi d'une mission et ça marche.
Je recommande vivement ce gîte.

La cabane en bois était luxueuse pour nous, les installations belles. L'hospitalité authentique et la chaleur, les soins et l'amour étaient profondément évidents et nous nous sentions bénis. Le régime végétarien était délicieux. Merci beaucoup.🙏Lindsey et Mo

Quoi qu'il en soit, ne passez pas devant L'Arch de Gabriel. Ce sera un point culminant de votre voyage. Un beau cottage avec des chambres propres et une magnifique nouvelle salle de bains. Ce qui ressort vraiment, c'est la chaleur authentique de l'accueil et les produits utilisés dans les repas délicieux et magnifiquement présentés. C'est un endroit qui nourrira votre esprit autant que votre corps. Le feu chaleureux et l'hospitalité sincère apportent du soleil à une journée pluvieuse.

Stayed here 30 Aug. Excellent location, we had a private bed and shared shower/toilet (very modern and clean).
Food absolutely delicious
Fred and his partners are excellent hosts. We have this as one of our top fav places out of 35 locations.
The ambiance is very special.

THE BEST MEAL EVER! It was below ten degrees & raining when I arrived and they had the fire going. Four course meal with locally sourced produce including cheese from a farm 3km away, two different types of cake for dessert using local elderberry & walnuts and a house created tea for bed. Breakfast came with honey from the farm and 8 different homemade jams from local produce including kiwifruit. Bed was super comfy and everything looked and felt clean. Would 100% stay here again

Wonderful stay in an outside baril (cynorhodon) for 2! View is spectacular, service very friendly and food excellent!
Dinner is served but hosts don’t share it with pilgrims.
Best place so far!

Very nice Place with big Garden and all new and modern bathrooms in an old farmhouse. Theo also have wooden House in the garden for two and four people.
Altogether room for 12 people.
Food very nice and people very friendly.

L'Arche de Gabriel
After the big climb out of the valley this was the perfect location. Should be on the list of places to stay. out of nine days this is the absolutely best meal. Shared rooms the shower is a short trip outside no kitchen.
