Paládin propose un banc et une aire de repos ombragée, ainsi qu'une fontaine, la 'fuente lavadero la sierra', qui se trouve à 20m derrière une maison. Pour accéder à la fontaine, tourne à droite à la première route, puis encore à droite à l'entrée de la première maison, puis repars tout droit.
The Road

Entre Paladin et Peñaflor, tu marcheras avec le río Nalón et les voies ferrées sur ta gauche. Tu traverseras les villages de bord de route de Puerma et de Laracha. Peñaflor se trouve sur le côté opposé de la rivière lorsque tu arrives au premier pont. Une fois que tu as passé l'église sur la rive opposée, le camino quitte immédiatement la route vers la droite pour suivre les panneaux en direction de la gare FEVE.

Pablo et Tatiana nous ont accueillis par notre nom et ont rendu notre séjour très amusant. Nous avions un dortoir de 6 lits et avons dormi comme des bébés. Il y avait 2 salles de bains à notre disposition, nous n'avions jamais à attendre. Les draps étaient repassés et propres. Prenez le petit-déjeuner car les hôtes ont fait un effort supplémentaire pour faire du buffet du petit-déjeuner un repas varié et adapté à tous. Pas étonnant que Pablo nous ait dit qu'il avait le meilleur emploi du monde.

Très bon gîte avec les hôtes Pablo et Tatiana qui se soucient vraiment des pèlerins. De plus, ils ont un excellent sens de l'humour, donc de nombreux rires hilarants sont garantis. Le dîner est un peu cher, mais il est bon et le divertissement fourni par les hôtes est gratuit

C'est peut-être plus cher que les autres auberges, mais les dortoirs sont spacieux et confortables avec salles de bain privées. C'est calme dans un bel endroit. Les hôtes sont gentils et très accueillants. Pablo est hilarant ! La nourriture est bonne et abondante, mais soyez prêt à payer un supplément.

Jolis hamacs au bord de la rivière, dortoirs spacieux, un peu cher comparé aux autres auberges mais c'est agréable de temps en temps.
La seule chose que je dirais, c'est que j'aimerais bien qu'il y ait un petit coin cuisine pour préparer un peu de nourriture ou prendre du thé/café/soupe instantanée quand on veut

Nice lunch stop. Don’t forget the to sit in the hammock over the river and cool down your feet. First class!

Rooms and bathrooms are clean, Pablo is welcoming. Arrived on a day the team were working at a local festival which maybe why things felt a bit disorganized. There is a coffee shop/ hot water machine that you pay for or order from the restaurant - no facilities to make your own drink etc. Pool was full of bugs, bin in outside space overflowing, tables needed wiping etc
The dinner menu was expensive for what it was - the quality of ours was very poor, the other 2 people who were there seemed happy with their choice.
Around 1.30am we were woken by doors slamming and lots of loud voices from the kitchen upstairs. This went on for a short while.
I wouldn’t stay there again due to price and poor quality of food.

Had a coffee on the way to Grado. Reasonably priced and very friendly people. They charge a small fee if you want to use only toilet but not getting food or drinks

I wanted to spend more time in Oviedo in the morning and not push all the way to Grado. So I chose to stay here. This is a very quiet hostel and I had an incredibly comfortable nights sleep for 20€. I loved waking up to the sound of the river. I was able to wash my clothes for 4€ in the washing machine, which was much needed! I would recommend having a hearty meal before coming here if you are a budget pilgrim. The restaurant is nice, but overpriced. If you’re not on a budget it’s really comfortable, but value for the dollar is less than in other places. I ate a delicious “complete salad” and arroz con leche for 14€. I enjoyed the host Pablo very much. He was kind and attentive.

Nice pool. Fantastic rest area behind the outside dining area whith restchair hanging over the streaming water. Just dip your feet in and relax.

And no problem to get out early in the morning. Ask the staff before you go to bed how to do.

The place is nice and welcoming. However, we had quite a challenging evening, night, and morning in the albergue. The dinner was served very late (at 21) and the breakfast also (at 9). The host seemed a little drunk and a guest got so drunk that he made noise during the whole and even fell out of his upper bed. In the early morning we wanted to escape but were not able to open the gate and thus had to crawl over the fence. This is hopefully a unique experience but still very unpleasant.
