It is very new and contemporary interior decorations for our room and with a wide balcony also a new bar restaurant too. Thanks for a young woman who gave us a warm welcomed us in front door. Very good for resting on the way of Camino, 100% recommend!

We were greeted with cold glasses of water and shown to great accommodations. Very conducive to socializing with fellow pilgrims. Nice dinner and breakfast. A memorable stay.

As other pilgrims have mentioned, this section is on the road for about 4 km. It was not busy when we did it, and there were lots of cyclists around. A windy road, but still safer than other routes recommended here. Seemed like the only way to go as well. Just be cautious- no cars were moving that quickly

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

It seems like the Albergue is at the crossing in Güemes, however, it is found on Google Maps if you search for Albergue La Cabaña del Abuelo Pueto around 1,3 km further down the road.

Camino de Sant…

On the stretch from Guemes to Galizano the Camino is on the road without a separate path. There wasn’t that much traffic but there are a lot of curves meaning the cars won’t be able to see you if they come. It’s recommended to change the side of the road to make sure you have enough warning before a car passes - seemed to me more dangerous than the other parts that are marked as dangerous in this app
