Wegbeschreibung

Der Camino macht eine Reihe gut markierter Kurven, bevor er zur Puente de Geira kommt. Überqueren Sie diese und halten Sie sich links. Sie gehen einmal unter der Autobahn hindurch, über eine neue Brücke über den Fluss und dann zweimal zurück unter der Autobahn, bevor Sie in Arco ankommen.

Dies war eines unserer Camino-Highlights zusammen mit Casa Fernanda. Saimon empfing uns sehr herzlich an seiner Oase, wir gingen schwimmen und er und seine Frau kochten ein unglaublich köstliches Essen. Er lud uns sogar ein, an einer Feuerritual-Zeremonie am Wasser teilzunehmen. Eine wirklich unvergessliche Erfahrung. Wir liefen den Rest des Camino mit den Pilgern, die wir hier trafen, und beendeten ihn zusammen in Santiago. Verpassen Sie es nicht!

Best breakfast so far on Camino. Omelette with ham,cheese, onion and parsley was fluffy. Large coffee with milk and fresh orange juice for 7.59 euro

The Oasis is an absolutist little gem.
It’s 4.5km from Ponte de Lima.
They provide a tent with a mattress, bedding, pillows etc., rustic bathroom with hot water.
The host Nicoletta is Italian and cooks an amazing dinner with pasta, main course,desert,wine and homemade limoncello. The carbonara is a must try.
It’s a very small place where you have dinner as part of the family.

This is well equipped place to stay and reset in peaceful environment. Nicoletta is very sweet and welcoming Italian lady that communicates/ operates well via google voice translate. Nicoletta also cooks incredibly delicious Italian food and helps with everything to make sure you are ready for next day.

If you like nature and camping do not hesitate to spend a night there!

Camino de Sant…

Great place to stay near the river. Nicoletta and Fausto cook a good meal and do anything to make you comfortabel and prepared for the next day on the Camino.

Camino de Sant…

We arrived at lunch time and my wife had the best bacon and eggs, cucumber and tomato’s ever! Plus fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee .

If you continue for another 2 km from this village, there is a much nicer bar/restaurant with similar prices and they have their own fish farm.
