Wunderschönes, renoviertes Gebäude von 1702, in dem sich die Herberge befindet. Die Inhaberin Christina und ihre Kollegin geben sich besondere Mühe, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie als Gast zufrieden sind. Bieten optionales Abendessen (gemeinsam) und Frühstück an.

Sehr enttäuscht, da Facebook-Foren diesen Ort empfahlen. Schönes historisches Gebäude, aber ich wurde in einem Schlafsaal (als alleinstehende Frau) mit 5 Männern untergebracht. Die Duschen haben keinen Umkleidebereich und es gibt keinen anderen Platz für Privatsphäre. Wo sollte ich meine Kleider wechseln? Abendessen für €17 war furchtbar. Der erste Gang war ein kaum garer, faseriger Stengel (ich hatte dies anderswo als Suppe und es war köstlich), gefolgt von etwas Salat und spanischem Tortilla ohne Käse. Zum Nachtisch gab es ein dünnes Stück ziemlich guter Apfelkuchen. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Also great outdoor area . Bunks not comfy though and bathrooms tiny . Great restaurant in town off site . Well priced too

Loved this place!

The hospitalero was so kind and attentive, finding a fan for our dormitory. It’s a beautiful building with a modern renovation. Worth pushing past Los Arcos to stay here and having a shorter walk to logrono the next day.

It truly is a palace. The dinner was delicious and the history and renovations are worth a stay.
Definitely recommend

I was there when the Dreadful Food was dished up.
We paid €16 for the worst food I have ever had on multiple caminos.
I wish we had all complained and demanded a refund but like good little pilgrims we meekly accepted something only fit for pigs.

The building itself is very impressive.
The whole group last night were looking forward a really good meal based on other revues.
We were all shocked at how bad the mesl turned out to be.
First course was a green mushy soup made from some sort of vegetable stalks.
Not at all appetising.
The main course consisted of a wedge of tortilla with a thin slice of tomato on top.
Most of us had already had a tortilla snack during the day.
Lastly came the yoghurt.
Exactly tha same yoghurt that accompanied the usual breakfast selection.
To say that we were all disappointed is a massive understatement..

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived in this albergue. It is very big, the building is huge and beautiful. The staff all speeks very good english. It gave me more hotel vibes than albergue.
I was dissapointed by the dinner tho, cost me 16€ and ended up being a watery soup for starters, potato-tortilla for main dish and a piece of cantaloup for dessert. Not worth the money. Other than that I was happy with my stay.
