We stopped here to have a morning coffee and were told only paying guests were allowed inside.
It was embarrassing.
Maybe they should post this outside so as not to put others in that situation.

Camino de Sant… (ikke efterprøvet)

My sister and I are staying at Casa Rural Parada de Francos tonight and, while very comfortable, it is €80 for a double, not €55 as listed. When I showed the price listed in the app, the owner refused to budge and said the app was out of date.
Additionally, there are firm rules a bit unfriendly to pilgrims (in their words): You cannot hang clothes in the windows or footwear. Forbidden to consume food that does not come from our restaurant. Laundry service washing and drying €12.
Reservations are required for the evening meal which is a delicious set menu (not including beverage) for €30 /person.
While we were happy to find accommodation during such a busy season and section of the Camino, and the staff was very friendly, it is expensive and not necessarily pilgrim-friendly. If these are a consideration for you, we suggest looking elsewhere.

Delicious food at casarural but does not open till 1pm pilgrim menu from 12 but wait till 1pm for the full menu
