The Road

Der Weg durch den Ort ist gut markiert, ebenso wie der Weg hinaus.

Nach Überqueren der N1 biegen Sie rechts ab, dann links jeweils bergauf. Wenn Sie an einer T-Kreuzung ankommen, nehmen Sie den steilen Weg geradeaus, bis zum Alto de Santa Clara.

On Rua da Sa. da Piedade 29, you will find "Mercaria Rosa" who sells fruit, bread, refreshments and Rosa will even make you a coffee 😍 Only a couple of meters of the The Path, but you have to turn 3 corners to see a door with an Ola carbage in front of it.

If you can't walk all the way to Coimbra this guest house is a nice stay for 2 or 3 pilgrims, the room price was 58 for a 3 persons room. There was a nice pool to enjoy after a long day of walking. The next day there is only 7 km to Coimbra and you arrive early and have the possibility to see the city

The first church up the hill has a bathroom and the lady offered to stamp our credential and even offered us coffee
