Probably the best albergue on the road so far. Nice hosts and the rooms are exclusive, giving a tropical vibe. Showers, laundry, excellent kitchen. Beds are comfortable.
Really enjoyed my stay.

We ended up with a private room which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. David at reception was delightful and spoke English well. The meal was delicious and they offered wine as part of the meal along with homemade liquor. The laundry facilities were great (4 euros each for washing and drying. Lovely family feeling location but a little more expensive. Worth the expense to us.

This albergue is, so far, our best stay at any camino. We stayed in one of the private rooms, but had friends that stayed at the dorm. Both situations have very nice interior and the bunks have curtains for privacy.
The garden is a nice place to relax in hammocks or hanging chairs, while you can observe the rural life around you.
Don't miss the chance to be part of the communal dinner which was very tasty and with beef from the familys own butcher shop in Lugo. All in all a very pleasant stay that will start in our memories for a long time 🥰

The reviews speak for themselves, so I was expecting something nice , but this family, this Albergue, the love for the Pilgrims is more than outstanding. My seventh Camino and I can’t think of any that come up to this standard. Lovely welcoming family , the most gorgeous lounges , yes two lounges , the dorm that is very spacious, huge modern kitchen , most relaxing garden of hanging chairs , loungers , hammocks , amongst trees , flowering shrubs , fruit trees . Then dinner , OMG . Four courses , abundance of food , delicious and red and white wine . Then three different bottles of liquors bought to the table . Breakfast also and included in two wines and snacks when we arrived, the total cost was only 40 € per person . For everything. Highly recommend.

Camino de Sant… (não verificado)

It’s probably not in my own self-interest to say so, but this is a must stay. True, it’s a premium product at a premium price but, in my view, it’s totally worth it. The atmosphere, the people, the level of facilities are more than enough to justify the slightly higher cost. The magic of the Camino is here!

Do yourself a favor and spend a night here! Food is amazing, you'll meet other pilgrims easily, great place to relax, and it breaks up the walk from O Cádavo to Lugo wonderfully. Pepe and Fina are amazing hosts! Can't recommend this place enough.

Camino de Sant…

This was such an exceptional place to stay! It’s so worth the extra kilometres! A family run Albergue full of character and the entire family make you feel so welcome and comfortable! Great food! Amazing rooms to stay whether private or dormitory! Washer and dryer available for additional euros! Really recommend an amazing place for some rest and relaxation and a lovely environment!

Camino de Sant…

Amazing, incredible Albergue, the best I encountered on the del norte and Primitivo. My understanding from staying here is that the owners don’t want to be too heavily advertised in Camino guides, as they want to be a tourist accommodation, and not a pilgrims accommodation. Probably helped that they are a very short stage from o cadavo and Castroverde. For me it was great- 34km (9 hours) from fonsagrada (pineiral) and then 15km to Lugo to enjoy the afternoon there.
