We arrived after a rainy day. My room had a triple bed even though it was just me. I paid for all of it I guess. The ceiling was blistered with water that had drained from the above floor. There was no heat in the room. When I went downstairs to ask why the radiators would not work, Antonio came up with me. He laughed when he saw my wet things on the radiators. No heat. No heat in the entire hotel! After I insisted I was freezing, he pointed to additional blankets that were in the closet. I insisted I was freezing so he had me come with him upstairs to the fifth floor and dug out a dusty personal heater. He went down to my room and he plugged it in. It did help to take the edge off, but it was still very cold.

No hairdryer. I did see one fellow ask for a hairdryer at the reception and they gave him one from underneath the desk. When I went down later to ask for one, they said it was checked out. I guess they only have one in the hotel. If you have any other options for accommodations, I would take them!

The receptionist wasn’t very nice, in fact she was rude.
The room was clean and very comfortable however, I had NO toilet paper at all.
It is well located in the centre. Group tours stay there and they were the priority.
The people around me were noisy and slamming doors late, then very early. Maybe groups need to be placed together so other pilgrims can sleep.
