Arrived on festival day - all shops closed before midday - the albergue hospitalario was just a phone call away and arrived in minutes. The bar behind the church ( Bar Asociación de Mayores) was great and supplied us with bocadillos and tortillas for our next day - very hospitable service and food
Normal siesta hours applied so the bar closed at 1 and reopened at 6pm

If the albergue appears closed all you need to do is phone the number on the door and within five minutes you are met by the hosoitaliero and signed in.

I stayed here on the 2nd of
May 24.
I did so in order to stay off-stage.
The albergue appeared closed but a quick phone call had the hospitaliero arrive and open up for me.
I was alone and enjoyed the facilities.
Hot water, comfortable bed and everything else I needed.
I used the local shop and the local bar.
Both staffed by helpful and friendly locals.
I had a great nights sleep.
I wish more albergues were like this gem.

Only 8 beds in 1 room but in a rustic stone building with good looking courtyard €7 bargain.
