In quel luogo, una giovane coppia italiana, Cristina e Andrea, ha ristrutturato una casa e aperto un albergue, chiamato Casa Leiras 1866. Si trova direttamente sul Camino.

Una deviazione di 300 m verso l'autostrada N-525 ti porterà a un bar/ristorante El Emigrante.

Il cammino

Da Dornelas il Cammino scende verso il Río Ulla, passando per San Miguel de Castro (5 km) lungo il percorso.

We loved our stay at this Albergue, wonderful hospitality from the couple who manage it, option to add a delicious dinner and breakfast to the booking, plus an onsite bar - we really enjoyed sharing a bottle of local wine outside looking out over the farm and views. The room was very comfortable, good bunk beds, hot showers, modern and spacious - highly recommend!

This was one of our favourite stops, great place, great hosts, option to buy a delicious dinner prepared by the hosts (breakfast as well), and a bar on site. We enjoyed sitting in the sun and looking at the countryside, sharing a well earned bottle of Albariño. Very warm and comfortable Albergue

My sons and I stayed one night—only pilgrims in the albergue. Treated to an amazing dinner of pasta and tortilla. Breakfast of toast, jam, and cafe. The albergue is clean and modern but with fascinating historical elements. Andreas and Christina are warm, welcoming, and know the Camino.
