Dalla Granja de Moreruela puoi seguire il Camino Sanabrés (segue dal basso) per un totale di 366 km fino a Santiago, oppure puoi seguire la Vía de la Plata fino ad Astorga per 93,8 km e da lì seguire il Camino Francés per i restanti 256,9 km. Una descrizione del percorso fino ad Astorga continua a pagina 98, ma questa guida non include il tratto da Astorga a Santiago.

Il cammino

Il Camino Sanabrés svolta a sinistra e verso ovest da Granja. Segue sentieri agricoli per raggiungere il Puente Quintos (6,7 km) attraverso il Río Esla.

Una volta superato il ponte, il fiume si divide in due percorsi distinti per arrivare a Faramontanos de Tábara. Il percorso di destra segue la strada ed è preferibile quando le piogge sono state abbondanti. Segui la strada fino alla prima svolta a sinistra asfaltata per scendere e ricongiungerti al percorso di sinistra. Il percorso di sinistra gira a sinistra alla fine del ponte per seguire un sentiero più panoramico lungo il fiume.

Originariamente programmato di incontrare altri due, ho scelto di stare a Casa Abuela invece che all'albergo. È molto elegante per la vita normale del pellegrino, e il costo è più alto. Tere mi ha accolto come concordato tramite messaggi Booking e ha fornito un check-in facile e amichevole. Tutto è immacolato. C'è una sala comune e una cucina. Anche un bellissimo patio. Un piccolo'oasi a Granja! Altamente consigliato se hai bisogno di qualcosa di più di un albergo. 2 maggio 25

Sembra che qualcuno in precedenza sia stato confuso pensando che il bar fosse un albergue. Il cartello dell'albergue è sul muro del bar (esterno). Si paga al bar, e l'albergue vero e proprio si trova più avanti dal lato opposto. Molto semplice ma economico, con docce e coperte. Un microonde e un frigorifero, il piccolo negozio tienda si trova intorno all'angolo dall'albergue. ScottG UK.

L'albergue ne se trouve plus à l'endroit indiqué.
Il se trouve en face de la maison communale.
Il ne dispose pas de 20 mais de seulement 8 places.
Le check-in a lieu au même bar.

To register & pay for the alburgue go to Bar El as you enter the town.
There is no alburgue at Bar El just the one up the road which is perfectly adequate

This app has only one Albergue listed. There is now two Albergues ' Bar EL' is now an albergue.

Camino de Sant…

Donde Víctor Luna is a new place in Granja. Just oposite the municipal albergue. The hostal is one of the best I have stayed in. Victor the owner is a super person. Fresh, bright, and airy and with great artwork on the walls. Great kitchen, well done rooms, unbelievable inside and outside public areas to relax and really unwind from a Camino day. For sure it is a stop you will remember.

Place to sleep. Never have been better. Very helpful hostalero. It’s across the church , a little bit farther than the Albegue on the ‘main road’. Nice interior made by an artist!

At the point where the route (marked on this app) meets the main road, the camino arrows take you left into the fields, away from the road. This is a little disconcerting but you do eventually end up where you need to be and it is far more pleasant than walking on the main road.
