Il cammino

Il Cammino si divide a El Pontarrón. Il percorso ufficiale prosegue verso sud lungo un sentiero pedonale adiacente alla strada principale (che diventa la CA-151) e un'opzione costiera segue la N-634 attraverso il fiume.

Questo è il nostro 3º Cammino. Il bar ha davvero un timbro, ma devi chiederlo alla persona più scortese che ho incontrato in 3 Cammini. Wow.

Dopo notti in dormitori questo è il paradiso! Le persone sono adorabili e il bar ha calamari deliziosi. La camera è pulita e confortevole con asciugamani. Sto godendo della mia stanza privata!

Susanah was friendly and the room is 35 euros if you share the queen bed with a friend. Vintage experience.

Sat down for a coffee and a toast.
The bar owner who is a woman were not happy that I didn't speak that much spanish. She talked loud to the other customers in spanish about how irritating it was that us walking the camino didn't speak spanish. That I understood. It was not such a nice feeling. I wanted to ask her if she would study german before going to Germany, but how should I ask her.
Anyway it was nice to sit for a short break.

The bar El Pontarron is not only a bar, it's also à little hotel with 4 rooms. Old but clean, they cost 20€. It's possible to eat at the bar, so it was a interesting accommodation for me.

Walked to Sonabia and locals advised not to continue because route extremely dangerous with several accidents needing helicopter rescue. Walked back to Oriñon and spent the night in a cheap hotel

This is the coastal route after Sonabia. If you see the black arrows then this path is best avoided.
