Farmacia, supermercati, bar, bancomat, un centro medico e un hostal. Internet è disponibile presso il municipio del centro storico, situato di fronte al vecchio ponte sul río Cabrera e presso l'Hostal.

Il cammino

A Puente de Domingo Flórez, i segnavia del Camino ti portano sul ponte dell'autostrada nazionale N-536. Questa strada si chiama Avenida de Orense in città. All'incrocio con Calle Chao de Marco, gira a sinistra. Quando Chao de Marco curva a destra, devi girare a sinistra all'altezza del supermercato Día (il mojón ti indicherà la strada) e imboccare Calle Acceso Quereño. Ti accorgerai di aver esagerato con Chao de Marco quando passerai davanti alla caserma della Guardia Civil e all'Hostal La Torre. Calle Acceso Quereño ti porta oltre il ponte e in Galizia. Circa 50 metri dopo essere passato sotto il ponte della ferrovia, si trova il Bar Estanco (di fronte alla stazione della ferrovia di Quereño).

Dopo aver attraversato il ponte, il Camino compie un grande giro a U rovesciata. Supera i piloni dell'elettricità sulla sinistra, passa sotto il ponte della ferrovia e vedrai tre strade di fronte a te. Prendi quella al centro e passa accanto ad alcune case della città di Quereño.

The sportscenter has an extra room with two bunkbeds for women with a key to lock. the sanitary ist new and clean. could be a little bit cold, but is absolutely ok to stay here. Bar is not far with drinks and food…

The Albergue Municipal is under construction. You can call the host and he leaves the keys for you in the sports center on the other side of the street.

Unfortunately Casa Rosa was closed. The village has a small bar with coffee.
Not much to do or see. We met 80 years old Paul here. His third Camino!

Few minutes walk and such a friendly welcome. Great wine and beer . The chicken comes in a special sauce that I wanted to lick the plate even . Nice macaroni cheese . And playing a very relaxing Spanish music . Definitely recommend ❤️

Lovely clean option with a really good Brekky from 7 am to 8 am served in a snug little sitting room which you can use in the evening as well, located next door. Max 8 beds you can book. Cafeteria Los arcos around the corner sells the most enormous bocadillos. The Coviram supermarket is open early in the evening and a 2 minute walk away. Bodega chill out is a relatively new bar run by a young couple that speak English. The location is amazing next to the river.
As we had only walked 16 k from Borrenes we left our packs with Rosa and walked onto Sobradelo where the lady in cafeteria pontenova called us a taxi after a well earned Aquarius , we then arranged to go back to Sobradelo thd following morning 11 € each way

Had a nice meal of the day at Hostel La Torre today 27/10/22 - did not see any pilgrims today on way/road in at all.
All way marks easily seem.Great views all walk
