i due caffè sul percorso accettano solo contanti e non c'è bancomat !! non molte scelte, consiglio di mangiare a sufficienza prima per affrontare questa tappa. Il sentiero è bellissimo ma non molte opzioni alimentari a questo punto :(

A proposito, quando sei a Chafe non andare al ristorante caragol, è una trappola per pellegrini!

Una grande tappa di sosta. Con solo altri due ospiti, avevamo l'intero ultimo piano adiacente alla cucina e al soggiorno tutto per noi. Molte bevande e snack in vendita a prezzi molto ragionevoli. E la colazione inclusa consisteva in una vasta gamma di pane, creme spalmabili, yogurt, formaggio e bevande calde. Letto confortevole e ottima doccia.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay after a beautiful days walking. Fatima is the most gracious host. The best value by far. Gorgeous house with lots of extras.

Spent a night here feeling incredibly well-cared for by the gracious Fatima. Well worth the trek past Castelo Do Neiva! She has fridge snacks & fruit!

Fatima and her husband simply delightful people.
What a beautiful house. Everything just perfect
Bar across the road also sweet.

In that cafe (supposed to have pilgrims menu) make sure you ask the menu and the prices before, I was properly ripped off in the end, because I asked pilgrims options but I wasn’t showed visibly the menu… wasn’t very good experience when lady just wrote the summary on the paper and overpriced. My own mistake ofc, just to warn others to be not so naive.

casa do campo do forno ist ein juwel! fatima hat ein wunderschönes altes haus für ihre gäste. sie ist unglaublich gastfreundlich, spricht perfekt englisch. sie vermietet 5 zimmer, wo zwischen 10 bis 15 gäste unterkommen können. der preis liegt bei 25 bis 30€ pro zimmer, sodass bei gemeinsamer nutzung nur 15€ pro gast anfallen. zwei küchen stehen mit grosszügiger ausstattung und kaffee, toast, butter zur verfügung. garten mit möbeln und und und. ein himmlischer platz für pilger.
