Very helpful lady working the desk, she has a real passion for the Camino.

Another comment mentioned they had no bed liners, but they do have them now (and require pilgrims to use something), they cost 1 Euro extra though.

Albergue ‘donativo’. The receptionist was very friendly, so were the other peregrines.

Otherwise, all things OK, but it is honestly bit disgusting that some places don’t provide bed/pillow covers. I had my own cloth linen sleeping bag, but it only helps if you sleep perfectly still and don’t move around and waking up with your face on the cold blue plastic pillow.

Donation albergue, nice staff, push button showers that warm up eventually, cafe directly across the road. Don't hesitate in staying here

Another great albergue right on the Central Camino. Plenty of good facilities, very helpful staff and a snack bar across the road and a good pilgrim’s restaurant 200m down the road. Another highly recommended place to stay.

The hostel offers everything a pilgrim needs. Overnight stay in the typical bunk beds in dormitories, but the kitchen is well equipped and the hostel provides delicious things for breakfast in the kitchen in the morning if the budget allows - so feel free to pay a little more for the overnight stay!!! There is a small supermarket and a bar opposite. Cars pass by at night, but you should always wear earplugs anyway because of the snorers 😉

Big hostel all a bit higgledepiggled . Well equipped kitchen large outdoor area and welcoming hosts.
No bedding as hosts says mattresses disinfected daily and hates the waste of throw away bedding!!
Can be noisy from the road outside!

Very nice, but simple albergue. The volunteers were very nice and welcoming.

A nice welcome even though our host didn’t speak any English really. Pretty basic: Lots of beds packed in each room 11 in ours - 10 in bunks plus a single. Not many charging sockets and no Wi-Fi (for the first time since Lisbon). No sheets, even disposable ones, or towels. Showers are push button though they work quite well and are clean. Toilet I used had no seat, but toilet paper is provided. Fully equipped kitchen. It’s a donativo and I would say it’s worth €5-8 according to your pocket.

Camino de Sant…

Check-in is between 2pm(14.00) and 10pm(22.00) You can not pre-book a bed but you are served as you arrive until the albergue is full.
