I was welcomed very warmly
and felt very relaxed.
Both ladies are lovely and cheerful.
Despite what one person said, the vibe here was brilliant.
Even the dogs were happy and friendly.
I had a really tasty meal.
I slept soundly in a very comfortable bed.
Enjoyed my breakfast before heading off after getting big hugs from the ladies.
I'm walking again in September and will be happy to stay here again.

Susan and Rocia welcomed me into their home a warm and unique experience. Bed and breakfast is donativo and dinner is currently €10. It felt like I was I was a part of the family. The food is delicious, the bathroom modern. The vibe very relaxing. Please go here without hesitation.

Don't let the size put off. This albergue offers truly pilgrim centred hospitality run by pilgrims.Friendly welcoming home style albergue.

Not sure how I feel about this place. There was a comfy bed and home cooked meal and the alternative route is beautiful. In my opinion, the vibes at this albergue were a bit uncomfy. I was the only pilgrim there, there seemed to be many unspoken house rules, and it felt like everything I did was a problem.

Susan is so lovely and welcomes you into her home like you are a member of the family, ensuring you are taken care of. I felt very comfortable here. Full bedding and towel provided. Delicious dinner. Super cozy bed.

One of my favourite stays on the Camino.

One of the best if not THE best albergue on the Camino, the ladies are lovely offering a home cooked meal with heating under the table, beds with soft warm sheets, and a hug after a long day of walking. As others have said, it's a donativo but the outstanding care and attention means we donated what we thought it was worth.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said- this place is truly great. Without a doubt my favorite spot on various different Caminos I’ve walked (Frances, Muxia, Inglese, Portuguese). Susan and her wife embody the Camino spirit and provide a warm atmosphere and great food. I felt immediately welcomed and didn’t want to leave! It’s a donativo but nonetheless give them what they deserve! This place is worth the walk and if you’re doing the Frances it’s must stop- just make sure to book ahead as there are only 6 beds as it’s in their home

One of my favorite stays on the whole Camino! The hosts are so friendly and kind! You feel like you are sitting in your own home with family. Best night’s sleep on comfortable beds with real bedding. And the dinner was one of the most flavorful and delicious meals I’ve had in Spain! Highly recommend staying here

If you are lucky enough to stay at Alburgue La Biznaga, you will be treated as one of the family. Delicious home cooked food right from the garden, local wine, incredible local dessert, all shared with you along with historiesand wisdom of the Camino. You would be amiss not to stay at this loving home. ❤️
