This was the most pleasant experience. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. My private room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was good and filling and I got a nice vegetarian accommodation. The dining area and outdoor space are very nice. The wine cellar tour was worth the whole stay. It was done with so much fun and humor. No matter how tired you think that you are, walk a little more to see the castillo. This is a nice town to visit.

5:30am all lights go on and music on at 6:45am. They are ready for you to get moving. Don’t bother with the dinner, other great options in town. Small showers that you have to keep pressing the button every minute to stay on. No lounging area available when it’s cold out except the large dining table. When warm out, there is a decent garden sitting area.

The room is small but it’s quiet, the garden is tranquil, the wine cellar tour is fascinating and worth doing.

The food 2 doors down is much better!

This Albergue was welcoming and friendly. Not full, space. Historic Wine cellar tour worth doing. Had a good night's sleep

This may not be the smartest most spacious albergue you’ll stay in, though it was clean with hot showers and a lovely garden to relax in, but we will remember it for the warm welcome, kindness of Olga, and entertainment by Jose, including the after dinner tour of their wine cellars- would highly recommend.

Lovely Albergue, staff, dinner and cellar tour.
Stayed here 2 nights ago (21st September), but unfortunately I don’t think the bed sheets or pillow cases are cleaned between pilgrims as I’ve been bitten by bed bugs. Plastic mattresses with disposable pillow case and sheet would be better. I will let the staff know so it is clean for future pilgrims. Otherwise very lovely stay.

Lovely friendly hosts and the place is brilliantly quirky because of its history. Great facilities, separate bathrooms for men and women, lovely outside area with a cool pool to soak your weary feet. Dinner was great and it was followed by the cellar tour and history lesson of the property, this topped off a fantastic stay. Well worth it.
