We paid €36 each for a twin room, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The rooms are located upstairs, where four twin bedrooms share just one male and one female shower room, each with a toilet inside. This means that if someone is showering, the toilet is unavailable to others.

Also, be cautious with laundry: when I asked about hand-washing my laundry, I was directed to a washing machine with no sign about fees. Only after using it was I charged €4. They don’t actually provide facilities for hand-washing. If you need to wash clothes, do it in the bathroom instead to avoid surprise charges.

Rosa has been running this albergue for 18 years and she is absolutely lovely. Best coffee we’ve had en el camino Francés and gorgeous breakfast as well. Sad we didn’t sleep in this albergue!

I’m told that they used to have a kitchen, but haven’t for a few years.

A very cold rainy day, so the heater in the room came in handy for drying wet clothes, and the bathrooms were clean and welcome. However, we ate a stale donut and a bag of microwave popcorn for dinner. The owners, husband and wife, enjoyed a massive mixed salad for dinner at the table next to us, but nothing was offered or available. Not to say the hosts weren’t nice people—but they didn’t go out of their way to make us happy pilgrims.

I was tired after a long day and walked into a quaint courtyard filled with local men playing cards and dominoes. I felt like I was in Spain. Small comfortable private room with shared bath, GREAT paella, and waking up to the smell of coffee. She has a huge tea selection too! Delightful stay!

Nice clean facility, the owner help me with my blister. She put antiseptic and bandages to keep it sterile. She would take any money for her help. She said this what we do on the Camino. A true angel in my opinion.

We arrived Easter Sunday. Restaurant was finished serving. However, the made us the best paella around. Special, just for us. Somebody commented on best shower on the Camino. Agreed. Wonderful.

Comfortable room over restaurant. They sent me down the street to eat. I cant speak Spanish, so not sure if they where on siesta. I need to learn Spanish lol. 26.3 km today... I'm beat.
