I arrived at 14.15 with no reservation and got a bed. Each day the have 4 bunk beds only for 'walk-ins'
There were orangejuice, coffee, nuts, chokolate and crackers for free when arriving.... I look forward to the communial dinner. The atmosphere here is absolutly lovely...

This stay was our favourite so far. Such a beautiful space, so warm and welcoming and much needed after such a cold, rainy day. Thank you to Estella for her hospitality.

Drenched after a long rainy day on the Camino, I arrived in Atapuerca still wondering where I was going to lay my head (since all Albergue beds appeared to be booked) I happened upon Estrella’s wonderful Albergue and was welcomed with open arms. Fireplace is lit, snacks/coffee available by donativo, and rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. She has attended to every detail to make pilgrims feel at home and cared for. And — if you’re still walking on 4 May — come on by because she has a couple of beds available.

After a long day walking, coming into Estrella’s cozy albergue is like coming home. It is cozy and inviting, Estrella welcomes you with open arms. She had even laid a fire (it was a chilly, rainy walk) which was a lovely gathering point. The dinner, while simple, was delicious; certainly in the top 3 I have had. Make your reservation cuz when word gets out you wont be able to just walk in.

If I could I’d give this albergue 6 starts out of 5.
From the moment I walked through the door Estrella was welcoming and so helpful. The room was spacious with two single beds and a double bunk. The shared bathroom is well appointed. There is a lovely lounge and dining room with a fireplace where pilgrims can relax. It feels like home, and the dinner was so delicious too. Definitely recommend staying here.

Estrella the host was kind, energetic and multilingual. She kindly offered me a bed in the meditation room as otherwise there was only a top bunk left. The place was very clean and modern. Great showers, place to wash clothes and lines outside to dry. You can use the kitchen but why would you when you can get a good 3 course meal with wine and bread for £12 euros. They have a bar with an honesty box for payment, only 1 euro for a beer. Lovely outside space to sit and a lounge and meditation room to chill out in.

Definitely stay here! A peaceful haven for tired pilgrims. You feel like you are with family. Thoughtful touches throughout the beautiful space such as a knee pillow, a box of tissues, a meditation room, cozy fireplace. The beds, pillows, and blankets are super comfy. Amazing bathrooms. Impeccably clean albergue. The best part is the warm welcoming hosts. Don’t miss Albergue INpulso!

Many different spaces to sit and relax, donativo snack table and a bar where you help yourself.Great dinner with other pilgrims and helpful advice from the hospitalero about how to get to Burgos.

I could really feel the hard work and love that has gone into creating this beautiful traditional albergue! Estrella truly understands what a weary pilgrim needs at the end of a long day walking.

So many little touches, from the shower gel & shampoo available to the donation-based refreshments table and bar. The communal dinner was nothing short of outstanding and created such a fun evening making new friends. I also had a fabulous sleep, the beds were perfectly comfortable!
