Des services, mais PAS sur le camino. Joli quartier historique le long de la rivière et un endroit convenable pour passer la nuit ou même juste l'après-midi dans le parc. Tourne à droite au niveau de la route principale pour y accéder.

Saint Antoine est fêté le 13 juin.

 

The Road

Le camino traverse la route principale puis la voie ferrée avant de sortir de la ville. Il n'entre PAS dans la ville. Après la voie ferrée, reste majoritairement tout droit au rond-point. Le chemin est bien marqué.

Il semblait suffisamment propre mais les portes de douche en plastique bon marché tombaient au toucher, mais comme il n'y avait qu'un filet d'eau, je ne me suis pas douché. Le café ne sert ni le déjeuner ni le dîner. Cher à 32 euros

Seulement 40 mètres à gauche du Chemin lorsque vous êtes entrés à Vila Nova da Barquinha. Le café avec de la crème fouettée (galão) et le gâteau au chocolat riche en calories était exactement ce que je voulais. Toilettes propres et la dame derrière le bar parlait un anglais impeccable 🙂

We stayed at Casa das Memorias last night and must agree with the comments from July 2024. Easy to get there and easy to pick up the route. One of the best places we have stayed thus far during this Camino. Comfortable beds and extremely clean facility. Host was super welcoming. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Casa das Memorias last night and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed on Camino, and this is our 2nd Camino. (SJPP to Santiago last year). Childhood home of the owner. All rooms were very clean with A/C. Had everything we could want and more. Tons of food and drinks at amazing prices 0.6€ for a beer. We would stay again. It was €52 for two. Do not miss if you’re in the area.

Camino de Sant…

Single room with breakfast €40 was worth it. The hotel totally modern, clean, great bed, new bathroom, toiletries. River park and good restaurant close by with daily menu €8.50. A nice break.

Camino de Sant…

It worth its 1 star. The bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with a back pain. For the rest it is ok if you don't touch the curtains, the carpets or the blanket.
40 euros for a room with private bathroom.
