On entry to the town there is a friendly food truck. Unfortunately the coffee is awful :/. First bad coffee in Spain, just a tiny cup of tepid milk!

I just had the most amazing massage. Do yourself a favour and book. The spa space is just beautiful. 🙏

Concur 100% with comments below. We booked a room at Donde Cristina — simply fabulous private room with easy access to washing machine and a shared kitchen. Great stop along the Way. https://dondecristina.com/

Based on other reviews we googled Donde Christina and booked a room. Her house has rooms with private bathrooms, immaculately clean. There is a beautiful sitting area and she provided breakfast. She was such a welcoming lovely host. She gave us dinner recommendations and told us about the village. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Based solely on the comment below, we called Cristina after we arrived in Grañón. She is a legend! This is easily the nicest place we have stayed so far on camino. Clean, comfortable, modern, well appointed. Cristina even left us treats from the local bakery for breakfast. We felt blessed to have found this place.

Good burgers at La Concha, too.

Before and after the town the way marked on the map is not what the yellow arrows show. It’s well marked but just Don’t be surprised if you are off the map route
