Notice

CAUTION en traversant la route, intersection dangereuse.

The Road

At Marela cantina. Seriously the best!

It's now €14 per bed. The washing machine still works although bit damaged. Only limited showers and toilet for all rooms.

We were planning on walking to O Pedrouza but the rain & wind was so relentless, we decided to stay here. And we’re glad we did.
The host is a delightful guy, who also runs the restaurant. Our room was clean & functional. Showers were great.
If you can afford it, get the dry aged T Bone steak with a salad. You won’t regret it.
And he opens at 7.30 for a coffee hit before you make the final push to Santiago

Due to my wife’s sickness we stopped here for the night. We arrived at around 1 pm which is just bad timing because the restaurant is super busy and the host is also the restaurant person. So if you can help it don’t check in during lunch time. Luckily they put us in a room first and does the paper later. We got a room with three beds with blankets only. Very clean and has charging outlets beside your beds. Outside our room there is a unisex toilet with bath, a men’s and women’s toilet with one toilet and two shower stalls. There is a coin operated washer and dryer. There is drying racks if you don’t want to use the dryer. The restaurant has good variety of food and they open until 10 pm. Good place to stop if you are tired and needed a place to rest.

Very clean and organized. Great food in the restaurant. A bit noisy at night until the bar shuts down but other than that a good place to stay before last big push to SdeC.

Camino de Sant…

It's a great place to rest. There's a bathroom and a nice bartender. Definitely stop here. Lots of locals too so it's not just a pilgrim place.

Camino de Sant…

Stayed here and had a fabulous steak dinner. There are 3 showers and only 3guests tonight!? We found it a great surprise. This stop gets overlooked. The bar and kitchen staff were awesome. Great laundry room and very clean.

Camino de Sant…

Eat here for one of the best menus ever, reasonably priced, but don’t stay. One bathroom for over twenty beds. If someone is in the only shower you can’t go to the only toilet. Hard to see how this received planning permission!
