Camino de Sant…

The albergue was very dirty when we arrived- there was no one to look after the albergue just the check in process at the bar. There is a microwave at the albergue and no dinner is served at the pub, only small pinxos or vending machine junk food. If you stay, make sure you have your own sleeping bag and take food you can microwave.

I agree that the coastal route is the more difficult way. You walk up the mountain on a very narrow pathway which gets quite steep towards the top and eventually you have to climb up big boulders. The way down is steep. The path is poorly marked with a black arrow but on the way down you can kind of the the pathway down to a cabin. If you are confident then you can take this path and be rewarded with stunning views of the beach and headlands but only do it if you have a smaller/lighter bag and it’s good weather.
