The albergue is clean and just over the bridge into Pontedueme, near many cafes and services and a nice view of the harbor. As indicated by others, it is minimal - bed, pillow, blanket and two shared shower/toilet rooms (the shower water was quite cool). There are a few chairs and a small table downstairs and several bunk beds, with additional beds upstairs. You register and get a key from the tourist office in the tower nearby. Price was very low.

Why all the windows from ceiling are covered???
You can hardly see inside of the albergue.
The space management is the worst from all albergues I have seen.
Why are the toilets together with the shower?
Why you cannot put at least one hanger in the toilet room?
It is really really bad for the pilgrims.

If you like your creature comforts, this may not be the place for you. It is ideal for those on a budget and want simplicity.

You’ll get a bed, very squeaky. One toilet and shower (together), for meal and female. If someone’s in the shower, and you need the toilet, you’ll have to wait until there finished. No clothes washing facilities. Just a bed, toilet and shower. No thrills.

For the low low price of 6.10 euro you get a bed with a real pillow, blanket and a bathroom with shower. That's it, no amenities at all. It's really all you need on Camino. Restaurants are steps away and a great view in front of the Alburgue. The shower is hot water! Glorious! You have to register at the tourist office in the old tower behind the alburgue. You can see the stone tower from the bridge as you cross to your right front.

For our first experience of an Albergue, it certainly was basic but we had little issues. Squeaky beds so early plugs maybe!

In this albergue the beds are a bit old, squeaky and shaky. Only 2 bathrooms for all pilgrims.
Cost €6,10. The room could use more ventilation.

Camino de Sant… (non vérifié)

Converted fish house. Check in at tourist office just behind and to the left (tower). Check in was easy and tourist info was informative. Cost €5. Nice layout. Downstairs easier to get to facilities- most head upstairs. Downside: no windows, thus a bit damp smelling by evening. As a group we agreed to leave from door open until bedtime and moved drying racks outside in front of the Albergue. Good stay.

You must register at the Torreón de Andrade behind the building. Nice location, can be seen from the bridge
