Il y avait des cheveux sur les draps et des signes de punaises de lit dans les lits. Nous sommes partis ! L'endroit sur la colline est moins cher et propre.

La personne qui m'a accueilli et fait l'enregistrement un samedi a été utile. Elle m'a dit où trouver de la nourriture et où trouver une messe de vigile.

Les draps en coton étaient propres et repassés. Le matelas était recouvert d'une housse en plastique. Il n'y avait pas de punaises de lit.

La salle de bain était très propre.

Bon emplacement près de la Plaza Mayor.

J'ai apprécié une bonne nuit de repos dans un espace propre. 🙏

I found a bed bug on my bed. Another person in my room also found one. We told the woman in charge and at first she was understanding but when we ultimately decided to leave she was very rude and only refunded us 5 euros of the 12 we paid. She said becuase we used the showers but I hadn’t even used anything. She tried to blame us for bringing the bed bugs and then called the new place we were going to and told the owner not to accept us because we had bed bugs. Luckily he ignored her. Later she kicked out other people who brought up the fact that there were bed bugs. Totally unprofessional!

I decided at the last moment to have a private room, it was lovely, I was able to have a hot bath, delightful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

On the Service they said have kitchen have WiFi .
But they don’t.
No WiFi

Our twin room is comfortable, spacious, and very clean.
The hospitalera is lovely.

This accommodation was very bad, I already found bed bugs in the afternoon but the receptionist denied they had bed bugs. At night I found more bed bugs. Based on reviews from other guests, they have bed bugs all the time.

Every bed in our dorm had bed bugs, they were so bad that I had to leave in the middle of the night with no where to stay

I stayed in an individual room and saw the bed bug and killed it. I am now covered in bites, including my face. I have let them know….

Stayed here because of reviews! The pics are definitely nicer than what it looks like. Also be aware of BED BUGS! Woke up with bites all over my neck, shoulders, and back region!
