El camino de Mougas a As Mariñas sigue el patrón ya familiar de seguir el carril bici/de senderismo en paralelo a la carretera, desviándose de él ocasionalmente.

A lo largo del camino pasarás por el camping O Muino a tu izquierda, el desaparecido restaurante OMAR3, y el Campamento de Mougas (y Albergue Solidario) a tu izquierda.

El camino de Mougas a As Mariñas sigue el camino de la carretera.

Me hospedé solo en una habitación para tres personas por €50. El lugar fue bueno de una manera y no tan bueno de otra. Recibí muy buenas instrucciones de antemano por WhatsApp. Compra comida/bebida en snacks en el pueblo. El alojamiento ofrece cena bajo solicitud pero solo en efectivo. El lugar es básico pero espacioso y tiene una cocina totalmente funcional, hay un jardín y WiFi. Es un lugar tranquilo. La desventaja fue que una cama tenía las sábanas del huésped anterior todavía (probablemente porque llegué temprano y la empleada de limpieza no cambió las sábanas). Además, la luz de la cama está rota y no hay muchos enchufes. El lugar es bastante frío adentro. En general, el precio pareció un poco alto para la calidad.

Entre Mougas y As Mariñas nos alojamos en El Descanso del Peregrino - una casa de 3 habitaciones a menos de 1/2 km del Camino. Alquilan las habitaciones individualmente como en un albergue. Hay una cocina completa, lavadora y una excelente zona de secado soleada. No hay comercios de comida cerca, pero dieron excelentes instrucciones para llevar comida e información completa del café Explanada Horizontales a un par de km antes de llegar a ellos. Además, proporcionaron pan, jamón, queso, frutas, verduras de ensalada, té y café. Y luego reaparecieron a la hora de la cena con empanada casera y pastel. ¡Uno de nuestros alojamientos más agradables!

We had a private room and it was great. Everything was clean and nice. There is nothing around the albergue beside one the restaurant of the albergue both doesn’t open before 15. So if you arrive before have snacks and water. I recommend stopping for lunch 2 km before the albergues at the restaurants there if you want that.

We got a bedroom for two as a treat , slept with the door onto private balcony open , to the sound of the North Atlantic Ocean. Private bathroom and 57€. The staff are all friendly and enjoy working here it seems, which is a tribute to the owners . A good rest to continue on The Camino.

Just after the camping place (closed this time of year but there was a vending machine and toilets) the Camino route directs you to the right towards the forest track. This is a hilly stony pathway to Baiona and it was flooded in places. It is possibly as quick and definitely easier to stay on the yellow bike lane following the coast.

I paid €42 for a private double room.
Private balcony with sea view was a welcomed extra bonus. Could enjoy open door all night with fresh sea air.
Clean room and bathroom although outdated.
Breakfast was disappointing. Only coffee and a very small scone.

The only caffe opens from 3pm.
There is a greenhouse and they sell water.
Also from Portocello till this point there is no water fountain.

We had a very nice and cheap breakfast at the camping place just outside mougas, very nice and sweet people

Camino de Sant…

I stayed at the above Albergue last night. It was beautiful and clean. View outstanding. Great experience. Sheets and towels provided. Really recommend them. Price 12 Euros.
